Natural Sunscreen Recipe
- Carrot Seed Oil: SPF 38-40
- Raspberry Seed Oil: SPF 28-50
- Optional ingredient: Zinc Oxide for fair or sensitive skin to the sun.
Mix products into a 4 oz bottle.
2 oz of each to make things easier.
Shake product thoroughly.
You can even take this with you when traveling because it does meet the travel bag guidelines.
Finding the right kind is up to you and application should be every few hours or so depending on what time of day and if you are just coming out of the water.

Harmful Ingredients in Store Bought Sunscreen
Oxybenzone (a synthetic estrogen), the most common active ingredient in sunscreen has been shown to cause allergic reactions and interrupt hormone activity.
Another dangerous chemical found in sunscreen is Octyl methoxycinnamate (OMC). It has been shown to cause hormone disruption, immune dysfunction, and allergic reactions.
