What is Plaque Psoriasis?
Plaque Psoriasis is an autoimmune disorder characterized by red, flaky patches on the skin. Even though it affects your skin, psoriasis actually begins from within your immune system. Most issues skin related are a reflection of what is going on inside the body.

Epsom Salt (2 cups)
Lavender (8-10 drops)
Tea Tree (3 drops)
Frankincense (5 drops)
Castor Oil (1 Tblsp)
Coconut Oil (2 Tblsp)
Mix ingredients in bowl and place in mason jar for proper storage. Use daily or every other day if skin feels dry.

What works for one person, may not work for the other. Avoid using prescription medications like steroids which only treat the symptoms and not the root cause and can weaken your immune system further.
