- Chickpeas (1) canned “Eden Organic” or soaked overnight from (1) bag dry form of your choice
- 1 tsp Tahini
- 1- 1 1/2 tsp Garlic
- 1 full Lemon squeezed
- 1 Swirl of Olive oil (EVOO)
Blend on High for about 2 1/2 minutes depending on the texture you desire. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with herbs you prefer. I use paprika and a dash of cayenne pepper. Enjoy!
