Easy Hummus Recipe

Chickpeas are a great source of protein and what better way to eat your protein with pita chips or use it as a spread on anything. This 5 ingredient recipe will be the best home made hummus you have ever tasted
Serving Size: 2
  1. Chickpeas (1) canned “Eden Organic” or soaked overnight from (1) bag dry form of your choice
  2. 1 tsp Tahini
  3. 1- 1 1/2 tsp Garlic
  4. 1 full Lemon squeezed
  5. 1 Swirl of Olive oil (EVOO)

Blend on High for about 2 1/2 minutes depending on the texture you desire. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with herbs you prefer. I use paprika and a dash of cayenne pepper. Enjoy!
