7 Benefits of Grounding/ Earthing

What is grounding or earthing?

It is simply walking in nature barefoot. Whether on the beach or the grass in your backyard. The ground is electric and it charges our body and spirit with positive energy and instantly grounds us to be in the present moment. It’s also a form of meditation.
