Select a dry brush that is firm with a long handle to reach your back area with ease. At the beginning you can be sensitive so don’t brush too hard.
How to Dry Skin Brush
Start off with your feet and work your way up. Using smooth long strokes. I brush about 8-10 times in each area to increase lymphatic flow. Brushing towards my heart and chest area where the lymphs drain. If you are going to brush your face use a softer bristle brush. I repeat about 1-3 times per week and shower after to help rinse off any dead skin cells.
