DIY Detox Bath Recipe

Stay clear from all the artificial colors and bath bombs to cleanse or detox. Yes, it looks pretty but your body is absorbing every thing. Your skin is your largest organ and toxins are introduced to your body through your pores. Here is my recipe for an easy DIY natural detox bath.


2 Cups Epsom Salt

4 drops Lavender Essential Oil

4 drops Grapefruit Essential Oil

4 drops Frankincense Essential Oil


 Epsom salt draws toxins from the body and relieves aches and pains.

Lavender reduces anxiety, slows aging and improves sleep.

Grapefruit reduces inflammation.

Frankincense reduces pain and boosts immunity.

Soak for 20 minutes. You can always change the oils to your preference just stay clear of strong oils like eucalyptus, tea tree or peppermint which can be harmful to mucous membranes.
