Simple Guide: Plant Based Grocery List  (with meal ideas) 

One thing that can be very intimidating when making a switch to a plant-based diet is what to eat all day and what to shop for at the grocery store. I would spend hours reading labels and finding recipe ideas. Here is a guide you can use as a reference. This is my main grocery list and meal ideas on how to get you started until you find your own creative routine and recipes you prefer.
Grocery List:
Brown rice / Quinoa
Corn or flour Tacos / Wraps
Bread
Oatmeal
Rice cakes
Pasta
Red tomato sauce
Kidney beans
Black beans
Chick peas
(All canned bean brands with BPA free lining or dry bagged)
Veggie burgers
